Bachelor's Degree or higher -Lead and manage of overall operation of F&B and team -Working to financial budgets e.g. food costs -Working with management to develop the marketing plan - Achieve F&B business goals -Managing team member performance - Compliance with The Passage’s rules and regulations - The training, guidance and development of all F&B team member -Hygiene, safety and presentation in front and back of house -All outlets ready before first guest arrives

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • At least 5 years and a successful track record as Head of Restaurant Operation / F&B Operation in a hotel , resort , restaurant
2. • Familiar with Asian and European food service with excellent guest service skills
3. • Able to work flexible days/hours to meet restaurant activities
4. • Fluent in Thai and English with good interpersonal skills
5. • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. • High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative
7. • College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
8. • Thai national
