Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff.
The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee
Engagement.
Reporting to the Managing Director,
Interact with clients (modern trade and Department Store), owners and suppliers to promote Food and Beverage with target customers
Meeting with the customers, work effectively to build relationships with existing customers.
Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase outlets awareness
Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the company’ s
Products stay competitive in the local market
Maintain and update Food and Beverage customers database and report to MD.
Create and implement effective marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities
Evaluate marketing promotions and produce monthly reports
Develop a Sales plan that maximizes revenue by driving the sale of Food and Beverage outlet.

1. Fluent English a must
2. Thai Nationality Only
3. Male / Female
4. University Degree
5. Excellent selling capabilities Min 5 years experience / Basic office and computer skills
6. Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key business indicators and competitive trends
7. Strong leadership skills that motivate the Food and Beverage team to perform beyond expectation
8. Desire to coach selling techniques to their team
9. Excellent organizational and planning skills
10. Flexible working hours.
