รายละเอียดงาน
-Receive and response to customer call/email.
-Logging and Tracking the details of customer requests and problems as cases.
-Control,escalate and follow up customer cases in order to comply with customer's service level agreement.
-Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process.
-Responsible in own case,follow up status,progress to user and keep tracking until the incident was closed.
-Support user requests that were defined in team scope of work,following service level agreement.
-Provide report to customer,supervisor and project manager upon requests.
-Other assigned by supervisor and project manage.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male or Female age not over 35 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering,Computer Science,Information Technology,Mechanical Engineering,Industrial Engineering ,Business Computer or related fields
3. Exp. at least 2 years in IT support and implementation or related field
4. Have good knowledge in Network (LAN/WAN) troubleshooting/Operation system (Window Client/Server,Linux,Vmware)
5. Good command of spoken and written English
6. Strong problem solving. Service mind and able to under pressure
7. Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients
8. Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution
9. Available to work in shift will be preferred
