Our client. is a high quality food manufacturer. This is an opportunity to partner with one of Australia's best known food companies in developing, deploying, delivering and supporting our system integration services. A part of our business is co-manufacturing for world leading companies. We are therefore seeking applications from energetic, dynamic and fast learning people for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the incoming materials have good quality according to agreed specifications before using in production to optimize the effective use and low cost production
• Support production by means information, participates in quality improvement teams
• Ensure the process parameters, which are critical, are according to specification to minimize the loss
• Monitor critical production steps to minimize loss and reduce re-work and non-conforming products.
• Controlling the quality systems of the products as per GMP/ HACCP, Halal and FSSC2200 standards.
• Ensure the corrective action and preventive action which concerning quality and food safety issue to production for reducing quality incident and improvement of quality and food safety management system.
• Providing training and new technology knowledge to staff.
• Plan and manage activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Thai nationality, 25-45 years old and Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Science or related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a food manufacture is a must.
3. Good knowledge of GMP/ HACCP, Halal and FSSC2200.
4. Leadership qualities, able to inspire and motivate and Good analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Self-disciplined, and positive working attitude.
6. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
7. Fluent in both Thai & English in speaking, reading, and writing.
8. Willing to work under pressure and business dynamic change.
9. Energetic, having self-motivation & willing to work with team.
10. Computer literate in MS office
