Job Description:
• Formulate & drive execution with clear strategic and tactical plan to grow sub-segment and accountable to deliver key success
measurements i.e. MoA, digital users, and payroll
• Fully responsible for overall sub-segment revenue, and profitability
• In-depth analysis big data and synthesize implications for insights
• Lead in development of new value proposition and solution to cater needs of segment
• Design effective GTM strategy and closely work with sales and channels for distribution
• Background in retail credit is a plus

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree or MBA in relevant fields including Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information System, Statistics or other related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in retail segment understanding, project management, business continuity planning and management or other related areas.
3. Well experienced in leading team of 4-5 people in agile project management
4. Possess strong analytical, problem solving skills with service minded, persistency and self-motivated
5. Good command of written and spoken English
6. Strong presentation, and communication skills
