รายละเอียดงาน
• Manage, analyze call center performance ensuring KPIs are met and improve operational process, if required
• Analyze team performance, set up solutions to maintain and improve team performance
• Coordinate with concerned stakeholders to define effective working process, training needs and communicate to staff in a qualitative and effective way
• Motivate ,coach, consult and share effective feedback to team members
• Report incidents that impact Call Center performance, analyze root cause, initiate solutions and preventive actions
• Continuously acquire, develop self and team skills, knowledge related to work

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Graduatd with least 5 year experience in Financial Services, Telecommunication, Retail or Business Industry
2. Call Center and Customer Service experience is a must
3. Good command in English
4. Good leadership and managerial skills
5. A positive attitude, pleasant personality hire management excellent interpersonal skills
6. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, desire to exceed customer’s expectations
