Part A: Overall Responsibility

The position is designed to support the implementation of Quality System of Customer & Logistic Services in ASIA PACIFIC as part of Q&C CLS AP OGSM. The scope of key responsibilities includes:

1. Lead training program for CLS APAC organization which include scheduling and executing training program per approved training matrix. Also, be tracking owner and report % completion by monthly basis.
2. Support deployment of One CLS QMS for CLS Asia Pacific.
3. Be tracking owner to all the agreed Quality System Compliance initiative and action plan
4. Support maintenance of training matrix and monitor training status of CLS Asia Pacific as well as provide update on regular basis
5. Provide technical support to Purchasing Control Manager on activities related for compliance of CLS Asia Pacific regional supplier.
6. Support One SEA cluster lead on temperature mapping protocol and report
7. Lead to collect data of monthly report from One SEA 3PL Distribution centers (DCs)
8. Follow up action executions of audit action plan from annual audit of One SEA 3PL DCs
9. Support audit of One SEA distributors and suppliers
10. Support One SEA cluster lead on deployment of quality and compliance projects in One SEA region

6. 6.บุคลิกดี คล่องแคล่ว อดทน ตั้งใจทำงาน เรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว
