What will you do?
As Admin/Cashier you will be responsible for financial and admin support to the Aranyaprathet project. He/she will work under the supervision of the Aran Program Manager.

FINANCE DUTIES
• Complete cash and bank account management, in accordance with Finance Policy
• Data-entry of income, expenditure and advance vouchers in QuickBooks on a daily basis
• Other ad-hoc finance duties
ADMINISTRATION DUTIES
• Stock monitoring and control
• Handling building, vehicles and staff health insurance
• Maintaining and ordering office supplies such as stationary
• Maintaining asset registers
• Other ad-hoc administrative tasks

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • You are a dynamic team worker passionate about work that supports marginalized children & youth, their families and their communities
2. • You have knowledge in financial management and administration
3. • You have great organizational skills
4. • You have at least one year experience working in finance
5. • You are a native Thai speaker and your English is good (Khmer is a plus)
6. • You are confident computer user of MS Office, QuickBooks
