- Determine current researched courses needs to match with the proper instructors and produce accordingly
- Being thoughtful on analyzing the instructors both individuals and organization regarding the criteria and reputation together with the teaching skills to enhance the quality of the course
- Plan and conduct selection processes ( information research, ranking with tools, collect truth information )
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in professional retention and development
- Organize educational and motivational information for professionals and future professionals
- Opportunity to work with instructors / teachers / expert in various field

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Thai/22-30 Years old
2. TOEIC 650+ is preferable
3. Vocational Degree or Bachelor in Education, Humanity, Liberal Arts, Hotel and tourism, Mass communication, History Arts, Foreign Language, Philosophy, Social Studies, Political science, Sociology or related field
4. Detail- oriented, dedication, passionate interest in film and video editing
5. Understanding all of the selection methods and techniques
6. Experience in sourcing new talent
7. Good at teamwork
8. Communication Skills (Fluent in Thai, able to communicate and understand English)
9. Willing to learn and explore new things, not afraid to get your hand dirty
