บริํษัทลูกค้าของเรา เป็นผู้ผลิตเเละส่งออกเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าเเบรนด์ดังระดับโลก โดยได้รับการส่งเสริมจากบีโอไอ ตั้งอยู่นิคมอุตสาหกรรม อมตะซิตี้ ระยอง เป็นบริษัทของประเทศนิวซีเเลนด์ ผลิดเเละส่งออกเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าในครัวเรือน ซึ่งเป็นที่นิยม เเละรู้จักกันเเพร่หลายในประเทศนิวซีเเลนด์ ออสเตรเลีย ยุโรป เเละสหรัฐอเมริกา
Responsibilities :
1. Maintaining integrity of design and quality parameters of products
2. Maintaining Bills of Materials and assist with product costing
3. Introduce engineering changes into manufacturing plant, track changes dates & keep PD and Factory informed
4. Ensure compliance at all time of HS policies, and product safety standard compliance.
5. Possess basic product and factory process knowledge
6. Understand the organization systems, structures and objectives
7. Demonstrate the correct use of functions to resolve problems
8. Understand the Six Sigma concept and the purpose of green zone controls/basic quality tools (SPC, CTQ, etc.)
9. Understand the concept of LFPD and document critical information using the A3 system
10. Leadership in polymers, rubber and material selection, analysis and support to manufacturing process.
11. Support mechanical specification information, necessary recommendation for manufacturing in solving issue.
12. Search for innovative material, taking into consideration the final application on real application
13. Development and validation new resins, compounds, polymers for In-house and outside vendor parts.
14. Analyse failure and problem of polymeric behaviour and recommendation of polymer material.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor Degree of Engineering or equivalent (Mechanical, Chemical, Material)
2. At least 5 years post-graduate professional experience, including product design experience, preferably in a manufacturing organisation Problem solving/troubleshooting skills. Able to act decisively and quickly on local issues.
3. A working knowledge of quality systems, product safety standard including product verification techniques.
4. A strong understanding of design for manufacturability principles.
5. A working knowledge of materials science
6. Process knowledge of Injection, Extrustion, Thermoforming
