-Control and monitor officers at cashier counter at Headquarters to make sure they perform their duties according to their responsibilities and assigned tasks correctly and punctually.
-Check,revise and improve accounts related to recording first year and renewal premiums received for counters at Headquarters.
-Check outstanding cash balance and daily bank deposit balance of officers at cashier counters at Headquarters for correctness and completeness.
-Check the summary report of cashier balance and bank fees to present to Department Executive and Division Executive.
-Coordinate to launch new payment channels/improve data transfer/check fees and other expenses of receiving premium payment as well as evaluate and negotiate expenses to be at a low level consistently.
-Organize training and teaching about the Company's payment channels for other internal dept. and Sales dept.
-Control and monitor the Team's KPI.
-Approve department expenses according to the Company's policy an approval authority.
-Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female Aged not over 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or MBA
- Have leadership skills to influence others to perform their duties effectively to meet the Company's Goals
- Have analytical skills,operational planning skills and able to command,control,monitor,evaluate,teach,communicate and coordinate
- At least exp. working in Cashier Functions of Retail Business
- Good command of English
- Computer skills in basic programs
- Have knowledge about financial,tax and accounting systems
