รายละเอียดงาน
1. Lead and manage for the overall sports club operations and need to provide support to all our operations and our business units.
2. Ensure operations are running efficiently according to the company business development plans and objectives
3. Develop, adapt and implement SOP’s for all department functions of sports club
4. Working to financial budgets, strategies, action plans, monitor and analyze performance
5. Compliance with sports club rules and regulations
6. Providing leadership and managing the sports team effectively and efficiently
7. The training, guidance and development of all sports club colleagues and encourage individual development
8. Deliver the highest level of presentation in all club areas, both front of house and back of house

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Thai Nationality, age over 35 years’ old
2. At least 5 years with a successful track record as Recreation Manager / Sports Club Activities Manager /
3. Sports Club Manager / Fitness Manager in a leading sports club / hotel & resort in Thailand
4. Good leadership and development skills, adaptable to change , strategic thinker and proactive in problem solving
5. Driving the on-going creation of events and activities that continuously generate excitement and revenue
6. High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative
7. Working in a team environment
8. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
10. Fluent in Thai and English with good interpersonal skills
