รายละเอียดงาน
1.Update Vice President Calendar daily and prepare documents for meeting
2.Check and pass on emails sent to [email protected] and fax.
3.Translate any English memo or message into Thai or Thai into English
4.Screen documents for All Admin Vice President before sign
5.Track payment status weekly to report to Vice President and manager
6.Responsible for credit checking of prospective and existing customers
7.Tracking, Pre-screen and Print reports on-time
8.Check if Department KPI, Personal KPI, Year Plan, Budget of each section under All Admin Division are on-time and report to Vice President .
9. Conducting sales and marketing confidential issues update customer profile /assign customer code /update customer contract to All Admin /update customer address
10.Attend any meeting assigned or permitted by Vice President
11.Prepare any report assigned or permitted by Vice President
12.Assist any project assigned or permitted by Vice President
