รายละเอียดงาน
Support Hub Supervisor to deliver the most reliable hub services by focusing on simplifying, standardizing
and finetuning hub processes. Focus on improving processes, facilitate issue resolution, and manage hub
operational costs,enhancing productivity & operational efficiency.
 Tactical hub planning in terms of resources (manpower, equipment, space, etc) in line with fluctuation of weekly/monthly volume.
 Working closely with Hub Manager on matters related to hub operations.
 Keeping track & update daily/weekly/monthly hub performance report in terms of its services, productivity, efficiency & cost.
 Update the Daily Dashboard & support daily pre-work briefing to share performance trending, giving & getting feedback from hub staff.
 Establishing good communication and good relationship with internal & external parties.
 Work closely with Hub Manager for corrective & preventive solutions.
 Assisting Hub Manager in managing hub operational processes, compliance & process optimization.
 Simplifying & standardizing hub processes for better compliance & improve services.
 Working closely with Hub Manager & support optimizing programs towards achieving better productivity, efficiency, unit cost & possible expansion of coverage.
 Monitor & ensure full compliance of hub operational policies & processes.
 Monitor & update hub operational performance in terms of its service, cost, productivity & efficiency. Leadership culture
 Working closely with Hub Manager to initiate staff development programs in terms of identifying training needs & people development strategies.
 Manage & evaluate staff performance & development.
 Coaching & motivating team members

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Thai national with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
2. At least 3 years working experience in Logistics or Hub working environment, working experience in courier working environment would be an advantage.
3. Good in analytical, problem solving and organizing skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure/ tight deadline as a team, self-motivated and be able to work independently under minimum supervision.
5. Good computer skills and proficient in excel, word & visio
6. Ability to lead & coordinate daily hub activities/processes and committed to get the job done.
