รายละเอียดงาน
o Support the management of the business performance of BC (Ben's Cookies)
o Leading the team on each shift ensuring BC's standard
o Supervise and responsible for stores operations
o Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation
o Manage BC's inventory
o Make decisions on everday basis
o Report closely to CEO
o Manage cash drawers and petty cash
o Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training store staff
o Oversee the work of subordinates
o Maintain records of payroll and attendence
o Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
o Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
o Experts in baking BC
