Responsible for setting department goals and objectives that support the successful execution of the mid-term business plan under the direction of upper management.

In addition, responsibility includes creating the strategy to accomplish the goals and objectives in business plan and leading the execution to achieve overall customer satisfaction. Implement necessary alignments and training to increase overall team performance and efficiency.

1. Understand and demonstrate company values and expected behaviors. Lead by example and monitor employees to ensure they demonstrate values and expected behaviors. Quickly analyze and resolve departmental issues/risks and create tentative and permanent countermeasures to prevent the same issues from reoccurring. Propose significant improvements within the department to improve efficiency. Effectively utilize the talents and strengths of employees within the department to achieve constant improvement in support of upper management and the company's mission and values.
