รายละเอียดงาน
• Assist in IT director in cooperating with the system built-up company for building up the
system connecting among WeChat Pay , the bank , and merchants.
• Assist in IT director in setting up and manage a IT team for the project to accommodate the
business demand.
• Assist in IT director in operating and maintain the system
• Resolve IT systems and hardware issues directly ensuring that all issues are resolved in the
most effective manner.
• Ensuring that all IT systems are available when required with any issues being robustly
resolved (or escalated) in a timely manner
• Be available 24/7 to troubleshoot/resolve onsite issues, resolving these in a timely manner to
ensure limited impact on the wider user teams
• Effectively manage all IT requests through the Helpdesk in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain corporate IT assets; including but not limited to servers, racks,
switches, routers, desktop/laptops, printers/photocopiers, video conferencing/projectors
and wireless network
• Facilitate the purchase of new equipment for new merchants
• Repair and re-issue user IT equipment
• Maintain local IT supplier relationships and contacts
• Ensure that customer IT requirements and priorities are accurately represented to
management
• 3+ years’ experience in a 'hands on' Corporate IT user support role
• Experience working with a wide range of Microsoft products, including production
experience with Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Office 365, and
Active Directory
• Experience working in networking environments, including configuration and management of
Cisco switches, routers, and ASA security devices.
• Microsoft Certification preferred
• Good working knowledge of ICT, in particular Microsoft applications
• Bilingual a plus.
• Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and
builds successful working relationships
• Passionate customer service orientation with experience in managing multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all
stakeholders
• Technically minded problem solver with strong project management skills
