- To formalize all relevant instructions and work processes at the office and project site as a basis for the achievement of the set company's quality policy and objectives.
- To formulate the sequence and interaction of work processes through proper project scheduling that meet the customer/project requirements
- To integrated quality awareness throughout the job at all times.
- To manage available resources and information to support the work processed
- To monitor, measure and analyse the work processed.
- To ensure implementation of actions necessary to achieve planed results and continual improvement of work processes.
- To enhance the customer satisfaction in the company's capability of delivery of quality products and services based on customer requirements.
- To ensure a safe and healthy work environment prevails at all work locations of a project.
- Continuous and effective operation of the quality management system will be maintained by periodic management reviews of and regular internal audits and external audits preformed on the system according to the relevant company procedures.
- Evaluate the training needs of the subordinate staff. Identify and develop jointly with HOD/HR on suitable training programmers/coursed for the continuous improvement of staff's job competency.
