Responsible for the overall management of assigned branch operations within the dealership to maximise return on investment through: optimising processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, increasing number of profitable sales, exercising disciplined expense control, attracting and retaining outstanding talent and effectively engaging all department personnel. This position works with the general management of the customer support team to establish objectives for the branch to achieve high-performance expectations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Preferred degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
2. Previous minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a branch network manager (retails) and preferably from premium car brand business
3. A good working knowledge of sales techniques and methods
4. Excellent organizational skills and decision-making ability
5. Proven supervisory, leadership and team-building skills
6. Strong managerial skills, complete with experience on the job to direct a strong team of employees
7. Commercially and business focused, target-driven with
8. Good understand of financial reporting and pricing principles and effects of discounting
9. Demonstrates relationship-building and communication skills, both in writing and verbally, in local language and English, which were developed through prior work experience in a sales and customer service role
10. Excellent computer skills using Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel software
