รายละเอียดงาน
• Effectively partner with the central Fact Finding team to investigate on incidents and proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources to ensure complete capturing of all relevant facts to such incidents
• Take the lead role to perform root cause analysis on significant incidents and risk issues by exercising expertise and knowledge of root cause analysis techniques and best practices
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and be a solution-focused and customer-focused partner to work with business units in forming up proper solutions for process improvement
• Provide sound conclusion and summary of fact finding, root cause analysis, proposed risk mitigation and lessons learned to management and/or relevant committees as required
• Assist in the delivery of root cause analysis training to staff involved in the fact finding and root cause analysis process

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in a Scientific, Business or Engineering related discipline is desirable. Equivalent qualifications and experience will also be considered.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Risk Management, Investigation, Process Improvement or in other comparable fields.
3. Experience in driving improvement and process innovation and presenting appropriate solutions and recommendations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues correctly and logically.
5. Intellectually curious and strong attention to detail.
6. Self-driven with demonstrated ability to work independently with little guidance.
7. Experience with data analysis in Microsoft Excel, or more advanced analytics tools.
8. Good written and verbal English skills.
9. Able to travel, as part of role, when required
