Experience needed : -
Stock control raw material, forecasting of raw materials
Production assignment, forecasting of labour requirements
Staff management, and training, hygiene management
Planning stock in/out of finished goods, help set par stock levels to meet production tartgets
Meat portioning, Yield and wastage forecasting and control
Fish portioning, Yield and wastage forecasting and control
Control weight and quality, work within pre set spec levels as per production sheets
Supervise / Make home-made sausage
Supervise / Make homemade cold-cuts
Control cleaning
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field
- Can operate computer
- Can communicate in English
- Can work on roster, 6 days per week with one rotational day off
- Base in our Central Kitchen Amatanakorn Chonburi Provicne
