รายละเอียดงาน
Take care for all related time attendance program and assigned HRIS project in order to meet operation requirements and to utilize HR software/ program to the most efficiency of its program. Act as a user champion of HRIS software to support HR users on day to day operation.

Responsibilities:
• Check, screen data during the process to ensure quality of the report and to reduce irregular abnormal records.
• Record data manually for unusual or adjusted area beside of normal process.
• Coordinate and follow up with involved section, department for the necessary data feed into the system per timelines.
• Generate related report on a timely basis within the specific deadline.
• Perform HRIS project as assigned to develop and support operation to the most efficiency of the program.
• Liaise with involved parties to update Organization Chart and JD of the whole company in order to align with ISO standard and quality program.
• Perform internship project and liaise with university regarding internship activities.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Male or Female, Age 23-27 years old up.
2. • Bachelor’s degree in Major HR and/ or Information Technology discipline or equivalent.
3. • Experience of using and developing HR software is a plus.
4. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and SQL programming.
5. • Good command in English is preferably.

• ประกันสุขภาพ-ผู้ป่วยนอก OPD ค่ารักษาพยาบาลเริ่มต้น 1,000 บาท/ครั้ง, 31 ครั้งต่อปี
• ประกันสุขภาพ-ผู้ป่วยใน IPD ค่าห้องเริ่มต้นที่ 2,000 บาท/วัน
• เงินช่วยเหลือค่าทำศพสำหรับพนักงาน 5,000 บาทคู่สมรส, บุตร-ธิดา, บิดา-มารดาของพนักงาน 3,000/รายเป็นพนักงานรายเดือน
