รายละเอียดงาน
1.Mentoring & coaching sales team with keep achievement on sales KPI
2.Learn and share knowledge/techniques to all related personnel
3.Set up training with training schedule for managers, sales staff, dealers, and related companies
4.Keep relationsip and motivation through training classes and motivate campaigns to sales team and sales showroom
5.Plan for training schedule, budget usage and training action plan
6.Analyze and make understanding on new product/ technology, related topics, develop Q&A, tip & trick and simplify communication to sales team
7.Random checking to test understanding/ knowledge on each communication and sales services and provide feedback to sales team
8.Enhance communication efficiently
9.Provide regular document to educate general knowledge to sales team
10.Develop sales talk and product argumentation to support sales process

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 25-40 years old, Able to drive a car and have driving license
2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
3. At least 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in automotive business
4. English proficiency in both written and speaking
5. Should have strong knowledge in computer literacy Windows, Office Application
6. Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, service mind, strong team player and able to work under pressure in the multinational working environment
7. Can set an example to others for being smart
8. Having effective communication skills
9. Strong interest in automotive industry
10. Willingness to learn more about product and technology
