รายละเอียดงาน
-Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the local press.
-Supporting in the production of marketing materials,including leaflets,posters,flyers,newsletters,e-newsletters.
-Maintaining and updating customer databases.
-Supporting marketing team to organizing and attending events and exhibitions.
-Assist with event planning.Including working with vendors,event coordinators and design teams for on-site collateral.
-Follow-up and evaluating marketing campaigns,monitoring competitor activity.
-Supporting the marketing team and other colleagues as needed.
-Write minute meeting,business letters,reports or office memos using MS.Office.
-Answer telephone&e-mail enquiries form clients,assist marketing team&sales team with their enquiries.
-Liaising with staff in other department and with external contacts.
-Arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts.
-Organizing and storing paperwork,documents and computer-based information.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. เพศหญิง อายุ 24-28 ปี
2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
3. มีประสบการณ์ ด้าน Marketing หรือ Sale Coordinator หรือ Admin มาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
4. มีทักษะการใช้งาน Ms.Office (Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
5. มีทักษะการติดต่อสื่อสารที่ดี มีใจรักการบริการ
6. มีความอดทน ขยัน และสามารถรับผิดชอบงานด้านการจัดการเบื้องต้นได้ดี
7. มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ พูด,อ่าน,เขียน เบื่องต้น
8. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
