-Handles customer enquiries in relation with sales team
-Support sales team for new accounts: prepare contract, letter, document
-Regularly reviews and updates database of current and prospective customers
-Keep record and control stocks of S&M material & equipment
-Issue material & equipment purchase request for sales & marketing department
-Monitor and coordinate with accounting and bill-collector on A/R payment status
-Review and prepare with accounting all document for billing and receipt process, record pay-in-slip, etc.
-Receive Modern Trade orders and submit to logistic department
-Other administrative tasks as required by sales team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, age 21-35 years old.
- University graduate in any related fields
- Good interpersonal and organization skills, be able to handle multiple tasks
- Fair English both spoken & written
- Proficiency in MS office programs
- At least 1 year experience in sales and marketing support/ admin field
