รายละเอียดงาน
• Deliver business analytics and customer’s insight to business as growth initiator

• Develop portfolio analysis and customers’ understanding / profiles to support and lead decision

• Develop and implement customers’ strategy based cross-selling to optimize customer life time profitability

• Build criteria targeted leads on campaign management system: traditional base, event base & report out campaign assessment

• Deliver predictive model and statistic model to forecast customer needs to support CRM campaign or support business

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Statistic, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, MIS or relate field.
2. 2-5 years demonstrated experience in listed finance & banking organization as senior CRM, segment marketing professional
3. Well organized and rigorous thinking and excellent problem solving skills
4. Good analytical, strategic thinking, details oriented
5. Solid understanding of CRM, banking products, and event based marketing
6. Database knowledge and database application tools literacy SAS, Oracle, SQL, Aster etc.
7. Strong interpersonal abilities and creative thinking
8. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
