รายละเอียดงาน
• Regular field checks
• Insect, weed & disease monitoring / diagnostics
• Soil moisture status monitoring
• Irrigation scheduling
• Soil and leaf sampling
• Opportunities Increase acres and productivity
• Detailed computerized field reports & permanent record keeping
• Provide personal consultation with customers as needed
• Educational / promotional presentations as needed
• Set up agronomical trials
• Develop Fertilizer guide
• Advice managers on good agronomical practices
• Train research assistants and other estate employees
• Other duties as necessary as may be allocated by manager from time to time.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Open to any nationalities, Lao or Thai language skills is an advantage
2. Bachelor’s degree in agricultural, or related fields
3. Minimum of 1-3 years of plantation management experience
4. A candidate who live in Ubon Ratchathani or Northeastern is a plus
5. Strong agricultural background with production experience
6. Good knowledge of coffee plantation
7. Desire to continually improve and discover more efficient ways to do tasks
8. Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives without close supervision
9. Willingness to work as a team member
10. Desire to remain updated with new agricultural trends and technology
