รายละเอียดงาน
- Handle and process the online reservation activities and coordinating with customer service agents. Handle activities related to the Destination Management Company (DMC).
- Processes all emails that are in the Reservation subfolders such as Urgent/Not Urgent mail
- Cancels all bookings when sent to the Cancel Imap and follows up on cancelled bookings due to a lower rate. Reservations will contact Customer to find out if they can counter offer in order to keep the booking from being cancelled
- These emails consist of amendments, cancellations, finding alternative hotels, checking rates and room type accommodation from the Customer
- Emails from DMCs are also processed once they are moved to the correct subfolder
- Should the Reservations Manager not be around they filter the mail from the Reservations Inbox to the various subfolders
- Work on the Manual box where all problem related bookings fall into, their goal is bring this box down to as low a number as possible on a daily basis (except Sundays)
- Transfer all Intranet bookings into the Intranet in order to be processed
- Contact the DMCs via phone and email
- Tracks all Cancellation Acknowledgements from DMCs if they are slow, they will send a follow up email to the DMC
- Follows up on pending bookings in the Intranet by looking in the Invoice Customer Box
- Able to liaise with Customer Service agents at all times
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- At least 1 year experience in the hospitality or tourism industry with knowledge of bookings/reservations/online systems.
- Good command of English (TOEIC score at 600+)
- Proficient in computer skills and can use excel and MS outlook
- Good typing skill at a speed of 35-40 words per minute
