รายละเอียดงาน
•Maintaining Enterprise / Campus LAN infrastructure.
•Configuring and maintaining various network devices including Huawei and Cisco.
•To provide on-site network support and problem resolution.
•To perform day-to-day proactive network management work using appropriate tools.
•To troubleshoot on-site network problems & liaise with equipment manufacturer.
•To occasionally work after office hours or weekends/holidays to update/upgrade network equipment firmware or hardware.
•To write reports and email the update of issues daily, weekly and monthly.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. •Have at least 3 or more years working experience in network post-sales support
2. •Holding a valid CCNA or HCNA, CCNP or HCNP preferred
3. •Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
4. •Analytical mind and good problem solving skills
5. •Effective oral and writing skills in English
6. •Self starter, self motivated, proactive and initiative
7. •Exceptional organization and time management skills
8. •Ability to work efficiently and effectively under stress and within time constraints
9. •Able & Willing to sometimes work after normal hours to resolve technical issues
10. •Ability to work remotely from, but cooperatively with HQ

Technical Skills Requirements :-
Knowledge on the following technologies and have some hands-on experience in install, maintain and trouble-shoot problems related to the technologies:
•Good understanding of Cat.5E UTP, Fiber MM/SM usage and its limitations
•Good understanding of Ethernet based interfaces, duplex, auto-nego and its behavior
•Good understanding of VLAN based network, trunking, SPT deployment and its behavior
•Good understanding of IP, TCP, UDP, ARP, DHCP, ICMP, SNMP, OSPF and VRRP
•Familiar to use TFTP, FTP, Ping and Telnet.
•Familiar with Huawei or Cisco CLI, troubleshoot with debug and display command.
•Familiar with network tools, Sniffer tools, Fluke Inspector, etc.
•Familiar with MS Windows, remote desktop, hyperterminal, MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Visio.
