อัตรา 1

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Control the attendance, leave, lateness, overtime and issue the letter of employment and certificates as requested by employees. Maintain and file all employees' profile and employment records
2. Responsible for the Payroll (salary, overtime, commissions & incentive, attendance and other benefits)
3. Prepare PND-1, PND-1A and Social Security for submission to the Social Security Office and Revenue Department
4. Arrange and monitor the recruitment process for each department through online jobs advertising and recommend any new channels to maximise recruitment of new employees and/or replacement based on positions vacancies and future development
5. Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure that the Rules & Regulations and Policies of the Company are well-communicated to all employees and strictly implemented
6. Assist in preparing all required documents for work permit & visa yearly renewal and coordinate with legal consultant
7. Other office administrative duties as required by superior

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Female/ Male, Thai Nationality only,
2. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
3. Minimum 3-5 years experiences in Human Resource department or related fields
4. Able to read and write in English
5. Good knowledge of Thai Labour Law
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills, service-minded person.
7. Have basic office computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
8. Responsible, well-organized and able to work multi-tasks.
9. Outgoing individual with a pleasant personality, professional attitude, attention to details, reliability, integrity, adaptability and with positive energy .
