Roles/Scope of work:-
- Handle and understand all HR matters/processes: recruiting, hiring, termination, work permit, visa, labour law
- Create monthly report, report directly to MD or CEO of the company
Qualifications:-
- Pleasant personality
- Have knowledge about ISO9001, ISO14000, OHSAS18001, BOI and so on
- Must have direct work experience in the relate business field in Factory and construction business, global corporate/ Organization.
- Mature, high punctuality and responsibility, Open-minded
-Act fact- Learn fast, Active
- Good role model with excellent social skills, honesty, compassion, and positive, non-bias attitude
- Must be FLUENT in English (written, spoken and understanding)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- The most desirable candidate is a Thai with abroad education and several years of experience, fluency in English, preferably engineering background and hands on experience in every business aspect. Foreigners are also welcome, especially those who are willing to learn and seeking the challenge in their career path. The applicant must have VALID work permit and visa to work in live in Thailand.
