OBJECTIVE:
The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for the ongoing management and growth of company's media presence in alignment with business strategies and objectives. The strategist will report to the CEO and work collaboratively with the General Manager and teams to gradually achieve superior customer engagement in all company products. Successfully build and promote product’s businesses in close partnership with Executive Management by providing innovative, strategic leadership and initiatives.

1.Communicate a thorough knowledge of product information: marketing initiatives, market research techniques, promotional venues, brand strategy.

2.Develop and maintain client-valued relationships as a marketing strategist.

3.Identify internal/external resources to address opportunity.

4.Work in close partnership with General Manager and CEO to identify potential new business opportunities, and develop plans and action steps to secure such business, both on a local and regional basis.

5.Perform a key co-ordination role to ensure that all members of the project team are working towards a common goal.

6.Clearly set expectations for all direct reports. Evaluate performance based upon expectations, and recommend fair compensation with team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

7.Managed business specific goals - for all direct reports and ensure that the plan is implemented. Conduct timely performance appraisals of all direct reports to encourage, motivate and improve staff performance, and to ensure consistency and uniformity in its application in accordance with business standards.

8.Educate and develop account management staff. Coach and motivate account group leaders to effectively develop and motivate their direct reports. Identify and recommend internal and external training opportunities.

1. 1. Master Degree in Marketing Business required.
2. 2.5-8 years of marketing strategic and planning experience, with at least 3 years of media experience
3. 3.At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
4. 4.Product launch and business development experience required.
5. 5.Computer and technology fluency and Sales force required.
