รายละเอียดงาน
• Manage Business Process Development team to perform duties as assigned

• Develop new customer service process with new system and service

• Enhance existing customer service process ensuring customer satisfaction and increase agent productivity

• Coordinate with related departments. (Product/Operation/IT/Fraud/Op Risk/ Compliance team) ensuring the smooth of execution as designed process

• Complete requirements for new functions, enhance current processes and coordinate with product team to submit requirements for new service

• Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) ensuring the system satisfies the requirements

• Design, execute test cases and document defect found during UAT to IT team

• Document defect found during UAT to IT team

• Set up business continuity plan (BCP) and perform BCP Rehearsal yearly

• Set up risk and control self assessment and key risk indicator (RSA&KRI) to control operational risk

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Industrial Engineering / MBA or related field
2. At least 3 years experience in related area
3. Strong analytical skill and fast learning
4. PC Skills e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
5. Good command in English
6. Demonstrate leadership qualities
