As an Accountant you will be ensuring transparency and accountability at all levels and providing finance and administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
• Maintain cash and bank management systems
• Ensure vouchers are filled in and filed properly as per policy
• Operate QuickBooks system and ensure data is available for reporting
• Support team by issuing or paying invoices
• Ensure transparency at all levels and procedures
• Support teams by providing information and training on finance procedures

1. You are a dynamic team worker passionate about work that supports marginalized children & youth, their families and their communities
2. You have at least one year experience working in finance
3. You have excellent knowledge in financial management of hospitality industry/ restaurant business/ sales outlets
4. You have great communication skills and you enjoy working and supporting a team
5. You have great self organization skills and ability to prioritize
6. You are able to identify finance problems and propose solutions
7. You are a native Thai speaker and your spoken and written English is good
8. You are confident computer user of MS Office, QuickBooks, DropBox and you know your way around social media
