Give love, kind attention and understanding to each person that pass by the welcome center. :-)
Managing volunteers and staff (up to 10 people) in order to run the Welcome Center desk as well as all school maintenance activities.
Managing all scheduled classes provided at the school (coordinator role) while ensuring high levels of quality and efficiency.
Motivate volunteers and staff to deliver high levels of service.
Report activities directly to the general manager of the school.
