HR Trainer handles the learning and professional development ot Telesales/Call center Team both Outbound and Inbound together with Quality Control Team.HR Trainer will equip staff with the knowledge,practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.HR Trainer will either deliver the training themselves or arrange for a third party tainer to do so.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
2. Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in Outbound or Inbound training function in insurance business is a plus
3. Have training background in products and sales of insurance is perferable.
4. Good communication,presentation and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong serviced-mind, result oriented, team player and very well organized.
6. Logical thought with ability to analyze training needs.
7. Maturity and ability to work in high-pressure and fast moving circumstances.
8. Having a capacity to express conclusion in clear and precise language.
9. Good command both spoken and written English.
10. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
