รายละเอียดงาน
1. Establish and maintain reliable and consistent quality system. Organize customer or the third party quality audit and conduct internal quality audit. Work as management representative in quality management to communicate internally and externally on quality system issues. Train and educate people on quality mentality;
2. Manage all quality issues in in-house operation, outsourced manufacturing, purchased materials and products and customer complaints;
3. Reduce quality costs and improve quality performance in all facets to ultimately guarantee customer satisfaction. Work with other functions to scrutinize the process to achieve consistent quality and high first-pass-yield;
4. Record, analyze and head the solution of all internal and external quality problems. Organize cross-functional team when necessary. Handle the quality side of customer complaints with the help of Sales;
5. Develop and oversee suppliers or subcontractors’ quality assurance and control system. Responsible for the qualification of new suppliers’ quality system and audit them periodically. Work with Logistics to evaluate suppliers’ performance. Follow up with suppliers’ corrective action;
6. Lead income inspection, online sampling and outgoing inspection inside the factory. Check and sign the conformity of quality of all incoming materials before being stocked;
7. Maintain quality documentation (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP…).Compile internal quality KPI reports including defect rates, cost of quality and customer return PPM;
8. Other duties that assigned by the superior.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or similar;
2. 2. At least 2-year Quality Management experience, preferable in the automotive industry;
3. 3. Systematic, efficient, prioritize approach for tasks planning and management;
4. 4. Familiar with ISO/TS16949 automotive quality system;
5. 5. Familiar with automotive OEM APQP/PPAP submission requirement;
6. 6. Strong problem solving skill, Six sigma BB is preferred;
