รายละเอียดงาน
1. To support all sales staff within Work Instructions and Procedures.
2. Responsible in purchasing and special products from different supplier worldwide.
3. To ensure that purchase prices and delivery conditions obtained from suppliers worldwide are in accordance with the head office in Germany.
4. To liaise and coordinate with new suppliers locally and abroad to ensure all products purchased meet Häfele quality and standard.
5. Responsible in assisting Project Manager in solving problems on faulty products. Responsible in controlling and signing shipping documents for import and export.
6. Responsible in dealing with the Customer Department on all relevant import documents.
7. Responsible in controlling and obtaining rates from forwards for shipments worldwide.
8. To perform all purchasing work as assigned by manager.
9. Maintain article master data such as prices, lead times, etc.
10. Maintain proper filing and documentation.
11. Support activity’s task to achieve the HTH’S Quality Policy.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Diploma / Bachelor Degree.
2. Experience in overseas purchasing or related field 1 – 2 years.
3. Computer knowledge required, MS Office, MRP – System.
4. Self-motivated attribute, flexible attribute, good leadership skill and interpersonal skill.
5. Good English, written and spoken.
