NL Development Public Company Limited was founded on December 3rd, 1981 by Mr. Poomson Rojlertjanya. As a trustworthy and professional construction company in Bangkok, Thailand, we, NL Development Public Co., Ltd., execute and manage all types of civil engineering construction. Some of our construction works include structural, architectural, interior decoration, landscaping, hardscaping and the installation of utilities system-M&E, fire protection, elevator, security system, sound and audio-visual system-and all other related facilities for our clients from both public and private sectors.

Despite our achievement, we continue to develop and, in October of 2008, launch our new 2nd office, Support & Service Center, on a 17.5-rai land in Buddhamonthon Sai 7, Nakhon Prathom province, with an approximate total investment of 200 Million Baht.

For over 35 years, we have been obtaining challenging experiences and invaluable knowledge in which have specialized us in effective civil engineering construction and management. Together with our philosophy, we believe that our goal of success does not solely rely on building the highest structure, but lives in building the highest quality. Because building and offering the best to the society is definitely one our greatest successes.
