MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY


1. The whole system of facility and maintenance of company.

• Maintain, preventive, repair and maintenance of office facility ofcompany.
• Maintain, preventive, repair and maintenance the basic of electrical systems in office building.
• Maintain, preventive, repair and maintenancethe basic of water supply system.
• Maintain, preventive, repair and maintenance the basic of safetyand security system.
• Maintain, preventive, repair and maintenance the basic of air conditioning system.
• Coordinate with external agencies, government in the implementation of any consistent or related to any laws.
• Provide facility report of the company for yearly, monthly and daily.
• Provide and update the facility system of company.
2. Operations modify, repair or rebuild.
• Corrective actions, repairs as requested for all of office building.
• Corrective actions, repairs as requested for all of office equipment
3. Provide Facility & Maintenance Master List
4. Prepare monthly report and KPIto supervisor.
5. Control and manage the company's security.
6. Pest control system
7. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


REQURIMENTS

MUST HAVE

• Vocational /Or higher
• Male age between 25-40 year.
• Working experience of2 years or more than.
• Able to work overtime and work on holiday.







GOOD TO HAVE

• Have knowledge and experiences of facility and maintenance system as well.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Power point).
• Have Motorcycle or Car and driver’s license.
• Ability to plan, analysis and problems solving.
• Able to communicate in English is advantage.
