รายละเอียดงาน
1. Manage and monitor packing staff to achieve company goal
2. Ensure the timely provision of goods for delivery
3. Manage a team of packers with the scope of packing goods with On-Time shipment
4. Support and implement new packing UPC project as a team leader
5. Evaluate packing staff and Supervisor from work performance
6. Organized and manage the performance of 3PL by Monthly Meeting.
7. Provide training to staff and increase packing efficiency in terms of speed, volume utilization and count of mistakes
8. Implement improvement projects in team of Performance and Cost Saving.
9. Any other tasks as assigned by manager

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor degree in Logistics or equivalent
2. 5 years experience in Warehouse outbound operation
3. Leadership ability with proven track record
4. Good communication skill in English
5. Experience with ERP systems
