Main responsibilities:
To ensure a high level of customer service to establish confidence and loyalty in the customer by efficient communication. Demonstrates a professional persona at all times both verbally and in writing. Presents courses and benefits of English to customers successfully. Listens to the customer and improves customer service through collaboration with the Assistant Manager.
Main skills:
A positive attitude and enjoy working in front line customer service
Confident sales techniques and skills
Demonstrate attention to detail - check, confirm any verbal or written communication.
Affirmative Listening
Actively search through customer comments and identify problems taking initiative to solve them.
Problem solving – identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, report any issue outside personal control to the Manager.
A strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude
Having key industry knowledge and confidence that able react to customer and unexpectedly operational situations arise
Be punctual, efficient and courteous with internal and external personnel
Ability to multi-task and prioritize numerous work task as the business requires
Develop efficient time management skills to complete your duties successfully.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's Degree in any related field
2. Male or Female, not over 28 years old.
3. Fluent in all English skills
4. Good personality and service minded
5. Experience working with Native English speakers
6. Proficient at computer programs and the internet
7. Thai nationality only
