รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage and ensure smooth running of the day to day IT operations and infrastructures
- Maintain and ensure that all database on all application are clean and also contain the proper information
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Support on digital market tools to develop and maintain the deliverable based on users’ need
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in anticipation of the company’s requirement.
- Act in alignment with users’ needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy and ensure its effectiveness and efficiency
- Being the implementation team to liaison with Development team and Users from end-to-end of project timeline
- Being the facilitator to support the user training for the new/upgrade systems
- Liaison with the users to analyze the customers need on the reporting together with develop and deliver report for their decision making
- Ad-Hoc assignments

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Possess a Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science/Information System/MIS.
2. At least 3 years working experience in a managerial position (IT Management, Application Support, Business Analyst, System Analyst)
3. Possess good BASIS support expertise at OS, Saleforce, Crownpeak (or equivalent), SAP, Database management.
4. Good command in English both speaking and writing.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills among User/Implementation team/Vendors.
