Reporting to and working with the Project Manager to provide leadership and direction to developers in order to develop information systems by studying operations, analyzing, designing, developing, installing software solutions and providing necessary supports.
Be expected to manage the workload across the development team to ensure the project is delivered to budget, quality and timescales as well as performing as day-to-day technical lead for the developers in your team.
Team leader often interact with overseas customers via telephone conferences or instant messaging. They generally work in an office setting. Some overtime work †may be occasionally required, particularly when preparing for a new software release.
