Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service Management
• Act as the primary contact for customer sand liaise with suppliers on the service delivery to customers
• Conduct regular meetings with customers on the operational service level and performance
• Manage and ensure contracted service level is maintained
• Assist in the evaluation of potential customer’s service, including the setting up of new services
• Work closely with the project executive on the implementation of new customer projects and provide pro-active customer service solutions for new and existing customers
Process Management
• Provide tabulation of customer statistics, preparation of management reporting and presentation to customers
• Regularly update customer specification documents
• Identify improvements in the operations and set implementation timeline
• Provide customer service support to the customers on their mail and courier services
• Responsible for staff deployment in the operations area

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male / Female
2. Age 25-35 Old
3. Degree in related discipline
4. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role or any related industry
5. Good customer service and interpersonal skills
6. Good knowledge of postal and courier industry
7. Good communication skills (English and Thai), spoken and written
8. Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
