Job Description :

- Implement procurement and inventory strategy and policies

- Create and implement purchasing and store management KPI’s

- Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers.

- Help to lower the cost and secure agreements by tendering management

- Forecast and plan the optimal inventory levels to be kept in the stock at its
best cost effective and meet the business efficiency

- Produce reports and statistics using the company template

- Monitor and verify all in and out Purchase Orders

- Review purchase order and contracts for conformance to company policy

- Track purchasing and store activity and measurements.

- Supervise the conduct of the supplier and contractor service evaluation twice per year

- Administer on-line purchasing and inventory systems

- Supervise the arrangement of disposal of surplus materials

- Iidentify and develop training opportunities for the team


วันและเวลาทำงาน :

- จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8.30 - 17.30 น.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male Or Female, 30- 45 years old.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BA or related field.
3. Over 5 years of experience in Procurement and store management.
4. Business oriented and systematic
5. Knowledge of PC (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Exchange)
6. Knowledge of business management, accounting / bookkeeping
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
8. Good presentation
9. Be a team leader
10. ** Excellent command of spoken and written English **
