รายละเอียดงาน
-Responsible for sales target assigned to Telemarketing team both inbound and outbound.
-Channel Strategy Development and Planning including monthly plan for sales to achieve the targets.
-Improve and utilization team percentage.
-Ensure effectiveness of end to end process for improving sales success rate and productivity.
-Co-ordinate with Marketing to convey any new campaign's information and process to sales team.
-Develop new channels or partners to help lead sales to team.
-Develop new channels or partners to help lead sales to ensure client satisfaction by Telemarketing channel.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male or Female age between 28-35 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or Business Administrative or any related fields.
3. At least 5 years experiences in Sales, Marketing or related field and experiences in Developing telemarketing strategy,new partners or channel
4. Exceptional organization and time management skill
5. Good interpersonal, presentation, communication and mentoring skills
6. Positive attitude and CAN DO
7. Sales management and Telecom industry knowledge
8. Ability to work well with people under an extreme pressure
9. Analytical mind with an ability to prioritize functions
10. Good command in English both written and spoken.
