รายละเอียดงาน
1. Create automated structure for tabulation of loading statistics and other data.
2. Create more intelligible and accurate billing statement.
3. Improve working procedure in order to reduce time spent on each job item
4. Ensure all kind of service contracts are properly documented.
5. Prepare vessel utilization report & verification of loading statistics generated in the
voyage utilzation.
6. Monitor and prepare vessel costing, consolidating and report service performance for service owner meeting.
7. Update T/S rounting in Bond system
8. Depending on contracts requirement, to reconcile the billing statement with partner prior
billing. Verify invoices and issue P/O in SAP
9. Identify whether the Price Slot Maintence System has all the billing logic built to Generate slottage and surcharges automatically. Otherwise, to prepare billing statement for billing Department to raise recovery.
10. Monitor deployment closely and follow up for any charges incurred due to service Disruption (example, port omission, delayed, etc.)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor Degree in Mathematics or field
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
3. Good Skill for Co-Ordinate
4. Good Skill in English Conversation
