รายละเอียดงาน
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Documenting management thru Sort and filing.
• Process 2 way P.O. matching invoices, up to 100 plus line items
• Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms for Over Seas Payment, Local payment process
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Maintain vendor files, correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• provide supporting documentation for audits
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies (Account Payable)
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices in order to Auditor requirement
• Assist with other projects as needed

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 2+ years of Accounts Payable and Payment experience
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
3. Male or Female, with age 26 - 35
4. Must be well organized and a self-starter
5. Ability to speak and write English
6. Proficient in Excel and Word, SAP, Oracle experience is a plus
7. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
