รายละเอียดงาน
• Manage, plan and develop HR strategies HR policies and control procedures to ensure effectiveness of HR operations especially in manpower planning.
• Being responsible for recruitment processes including sourcing potential candidates, application screening, interviewing and hiring.
• Plan and manage the training needs, analyze and identify and prioritize the needs for training in each level and set annual training budget.
• Responsible for benefits and welfare; coordinate with broker of accident insurance; submit social security and insurance claim etc.
• Employee Relations and Communications.
• Performance Management and Improvement System.
• Handle and maintenance the office equipment, stationery, car and etc.
• Others projects assigned by boss.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male / Female, aged between 35-45 years
2. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HRM/HRD or any related fields.
3. At least 5 years experiences in HR overall function.
4. Knowledge of strategic management of human resources and organizational development
5. Good command of English and MS Office skills.
6. Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, creative thinking, coaching and leadership skills.
7. Have full knowledge of Thai Labor Laws.
